Aqui tem memória

The project “Aqui tem memória” seeks to rescue and value the city's history, installing informative plaques with QR codes at important historical and cultural points in Rio. You can visit each point virtually here on the site by clicking on the “rooms” below or, even better, visit them in person, a unique experience! Upon arriving at each monument, building, or street, simply point your cell phone at the QR code and you will be directed to the page that tells the history of the place with text, images, and audio. The narrative audios are very interesting, don't miss listening to them! There are several different circuits, some you can do on foot like the Caminho do Samba and the Circuito da Praça XV and others you can travel using public transport or car. Or, you can do everything at your leisure, visiting one at a time. “Aqui tem memória” is a partnership of Rio Memórias with the Municipal Secretariats of Tourism, Conservation and People with Disabilities and Embratur Lab.
