The work carried out by the students is based on interviews with Flamengo fans around Maracanã, right on match day, in order to build a reflection on the club's history and, above all, on the culture of football in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The video delves into the affective relationship that Flamengo fans establish with the team, showing how Flamengo became one of the greatest symbols of Carioca and popular identity. By listening to the voices of the stands and the streets, the students reveal how the club transcends sport, becoming a cultural expression, an element of collective belonging, and a manifestation of the joy, resistance, and strength of the working classes in Rio. The work thus shows that talking about football in Rio is also talking about sociability, memory, and identity.
