Street markets have already been part of our lives for so long that we don't even ask ourselves when they first appeared, right? And there are so many, in so many neighborhoods, that some even become famous, like the Pavuna market, which happens every day!

Thinking about the importance that the street market has for the city of Rio de Janeiro, class 1901, from Lourenço Filho school, went in search of these stories and brought us a "case study" of the street market on Júlio Furtado avenue, in Grajaú - the neighborhood where the school is located.

Check out this INCREDIBLE video that Maria Clara, Maria Eduarda, Julia, Sofia, Isabella, Kaléw and Stephanie made!

Video created by the class members - the fair depicted is the one on Júlio Furtado Avenue
