TiaZica

The video produced by the students revisits the life story of Anazir Maria de Oliveira, better known as Tia Zica, a key figure in the community's affective, cultural, and social memory. Drawing on her story, the work also highlights the importance of the Clube Recreativo Meu Lazer, which the social worker and educator created in the community of Vila Aliança. By telling the story of Tia Zica and the club, the video celebrates community leaders, often made invisible, who build networks of support, solidarity, and culture within working-class territories on a daily basis.
