Professor Raul Machado Borges rehearsing the song ME REVELAR by Zélia Duncan.

Within the project "All the verbs in the world," the subject History, under the responsibility of Prof. Raul Borges, was assigned the sub-theme "Guest of time/temporary inhabitant." Starting from this song, a collaboration between Zélia Duncan and Fred Martins, it was possible to reflect on the transience of life, woven within time. To broaden this perception, the work was carried out by relating the lyrics of this song to the lyrics of Alvaiade's samba, "O mundo é assim." Thus, the transience of life was considered in its relation to the world by resizing the semantic field of "guest" to "hospitable," "host," "hospital."
